These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Kazira. By placing an order you accept them.

Our products

We sell artificial (fashion) jewellery. Our pieces are not precious metal and are not hallmarked. Descriptions such as “gold” or “silver” refer to the plating, finish or tone of the item, not to its material content. No item sold here should be understood as an investment in precious metal.

Because pieces are finished by hand, small variations in colour, finish and detail occur between items. We photograph products carefully, but screens differ and studio lighting is not daylight.

Orders

1. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order.
2. We may decline or cancel an order — see our Cancellation Policy.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled by you once placed. Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
4. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you provide.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and Cash on Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you place the order.

Prices may change at any time, but the price applied to your order is the one calculated at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Availability

Stock is limited and shown in real time, but two people can order the last item within moments of each other. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the affected portion.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, the full amount is payable to the courier at the time of delivery. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your card or banking credentials.

Coupons

Coupons are valid only for the period, products and conditions stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel an order and any associated discount where a coupon has been obtained or used improperly.

Reviews

Reviews may only be submitted by customers who have purchased the item. We moderate reviews before publication and may decline any that are abusive, contain personal data, or are not about the product. We do not edit the substance of a review to make it more favourable.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• use this site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems or other customers’ data;
• scrape, copy or reproduce our product photography or written content for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

The Kazira name, logo, product photography and site content belong to us and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Where an item is defective, our liability is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Assam have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
